Meet The Doctors


Douglas Auld , DDS


Dr. Auld was born and raised in McAlester, Oklahoma where he graduated from McAlester High School.  He received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and a doctoral of dental science degree from Oklahoma University College of Dentistry. Dr. Auld has been a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, and Eastern District Dental Society since 1982. He is also a past President of the Oklahoma Dental Association 2011-2012. 

Dr. Auld was a member of the Oklahoma State Board of Dentistry from 2000-2003, Team Captain Examiner for the Western Regional Examination Board from 2002-present, and President of the Eastern District Dental Society in 1987. He served on the ODA Council on Dental Education from 1986-1990, chaired the Council on Constitution and Bylaws in 1991 and has been a member of the House of Delegates since 1984. Furthermore, his contribution as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Task Force on Membership Participation helped lay the foundation for a three-year roadmap for the Association and generated ideas for increasing member involvement in the ODA.  He was the Eastern District Trustee on the ODA Board of Trustees from 2005-2008 and has served on the Committee on Endorsed Products and Services since 2007. Dr. Auld was inducted as a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy in 1992. 

From 1992-1996 he chaired both the McAlester Regional Health Center Authority and the McAlester Public Health Authority.  He has been a member of the McAlester Scottish Rite Advisory Conference since 2005 and an Elder of the Presbyterian Church since 1984.  In 2004 he was a commissioned Lay Delegate to the Presbyterian Church USA General Assembly. Most recently Dr. Auld received the James A. Saddoris Lifetime of Leadership award by the Oklahoma Dental Association in April of 2023.  Dr. Auld is in private practice in McAlester where he resides with his loving wife Jane. 



Michael Auld, DDS

Dr. Michael Auld is a follower of Jesus Christ, husband to Becky and father to 3 wonderful children Gwynnie, Natalie, and James. He is the son of Larry and Jane Ann Auld and was born in McAlester, Oklahoma. He loves fitness and encouraging people to have active, and healthy lives. He is part owner of CrossFit McAlester. Dr. Michael loves being outdoors and going on adventures. Spending time at the lake, hiking, water sports, tennis and spending quality time with friends and family are some of his favorites. His community is very important to him and he is thankful to serve McAlester and the surrounding areas.

Dr. Michael Auld is a member of The American and Oklahoma Dental Associations, The Academy of General Dentistry, and The American Orthodontic Society. He is a Kois-Center Graduate, and Associate Professor of Gerety Orthodontic Seminars. Dr. Auld has had extensive post graduate training in orthodontics, implants, TMJ, and sleep-apnea to better serve the needs of his patients. Dr. Auld has completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education and has completed hundreds of cases.



Clark Grilliot, DDS

Dr. Clark Grilliot was born and raised in McAlester, Oklahoma. He is proud to be the son of Brent and Debbie Grilliot. He is married to the love of his life Cassie, and they have been blessed with 3 amazing children Holly, Joshua, and Maddox who bring such joy to their lives. The Grilliot family enjoys serving and worshipping at Renewal Church of McAlester, leading Renewal Youth at their home, fellowshipping with friends in small group gatherings, coaching and training at CrossFit McAlester, watching and participating in various activities with their children, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Clark graduated from McAlester High School, the University of Oklahoma College of Arts and Sciences, and the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He holds certificates from Western Surgical and Sedation for IV Moderate Sedation and Impacted Third Molar Removal. Dr. Clark utilizes hospital privileges at McAlester Regional Health Center to provide dental care for those requiring general anesthesia. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and strives to serve each patient to the best of his ability.
